The Miami Heat brought a clear-eyed vision to our team. Our mission was to re-imagine a digital presence matching the intensity and exclusivity of felt courtside. We recognized an opportunity to elevate the store from a standard merchandise catalog into a premium lifestyle destination. Fans needed an immersive visual journey honoring Court Culture while maintaining clear paths to purchase during high-demand product releases.

To match the premium design with flawless execution we engineered a robust commerce architecture capable of handling intense traffic spikes. During the highly anticipated Vice Jersey release our team utilized silent drop strategies. We integrated Klevu to deliver intelligent search results and keep high-intent shoppers moving smoothly toward checkout.

We connected SAP Emarsys with Movable Ink to deliver dynamic and hyper-personalized email campaigns. This integration transformed standard communications into exclusive fan experiences. By aligning the striking visual aesthetic with intelligent data systems we turned casual browsers into dedicated members of the Insider Program.
