IM Digital was selected by Classic Home to drive sweeping digital transformation. With the furniture industry's largest tradeshow, High Pointe Market months away, we quickly set out to reimagine the brand's online presence.

Pre-built, Shopify-native components from Elevate made it possible for our teams to design unique, custom experiences and fully launch in time for Classic Home's tradeshow.

Elevate streamlined our collaboration to design, develop, and deploy the most feature rich B2B experience on Shopify Plus. IM Digital engineered complex B2B workflows directly into the core architecture that fully integrate with Classic Home's ERP, sales, and marketing systems. From day one, customers were empowered with transformational self-service features like real-time location-specific inventory availability, configurable, custom pricing rules, dramatically reducing time-to-decision and time-to-sale.
Classic Home's staff was immediately equipped with rich admin and enablement tools, including intelligent automation with granular human-in-the-loop controls. Sales reps impersonate their customers to draft orders and benefit from a real-time, fully integrated lead routing engine that can co-create carts, manage permissions, and provide admin, sales, and marketing leaders with actionable customer insights.
Elevate uniquely provides customers on Classic Home's Shopify platform with collaborative Projects that support designers, architects, and buyers to configure, share, design boards and quoting functionality that streamline customer decisioning.
