Our Approach
The complexity of Salesforce Commerce Cloud stymied their internal teams and inflated development costs while preventing the deployment of modern shopping features. Functionality was important, but a luxury brand, their design aesthetic was just as critical as the function and performance of the platform. IM Digital set out to carefully steward MZ Wallace ensuring launching on Shopify Plus was flawless as their products.
We leveraged our longtime expertise with Salesforce to efficiently reverse engineer requirements streamline the migration process.
Reducing the total cost of ownership was a main priority for MZ Wallace so we set out to quickly, efficiently replatform the brand in a cost-effective manner.
As part of the migration we introduced foundational growth drivers such as marketing automation, personalization, that supported improved customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
