Our Approach

To best understand the nuances of a complex customer experience, IM Digital facilitated a series of discovery and co-creation workshops with team members across marketing, sales, customer success, and merchandising. We built a comprehensive understanding the true nature of SATCO customers to identify, align, and map core customer personas critical to SATCO's success. Then, we developed an omnichannel customer journey map to visualize customer touchpoints, identify customer pain points, and note opportunities critical to include in the digital experience.

Our Solution

From there, we planned additional customer research and synthesized a roadmap for execution to verify, and support our understanding. We also integrated specialized knowledge through verified conversations with SATCO customers. The result was a deeper, empathy-driven understanding of key issues and solutions for these issues. Domino App

Domino™ luminaires offer limitless configuration possibilities, allowing you to create custom lighting solutions for any application. You can create zones with up to 100 nodes, group fixtures for flexible control, and set up lighting scenes with the Domino app or connected wall switches. The system also includes occupancy/vacancy sensors with adjustable light levels and time-off controls, advanced daylight harvesting technology, and task/trim tuning for optimized light levels. You can even set up schedules to match your specific needs and save energy.
