The legacy tracking framework provided an incomplete picture, so we transitioned the primary analysis to platform-specific data using Bloomreach and Shopify. We rigorously tagged the server-side implementation to ensure data accuracy and secure a reliable foundation for future campaigns.
With reliable data flowing, we shifted the communication strategy from volume to value. We built custom automated flows including dedicated checkout abandonment and cart recovery sequences. By segmenting the audience based on purchase intent and loyalty status, we delivered specific messaging cadences using intelligent systems directed by human expertise. To solve the immediate inbox deliverability roadblock, we executed a segmented sending strategy.
