IM Digital recognized the opportunity to build a sleek, highly customizable experience that would give customers the ability to choose how they wanted to interact with the brand. The team harnessed Magento Commerce as a platform to expand Catbird NYC’s “endless aisle” approach into broader markets and channels—all while ensuring that they retained complete control of their content. The site included sophisticated sharing tools alongside a personalized stock messaging system to keep fans up-to-date when sold out merchandise was coming back (and when new merchandise would be coming in!)
