Bramble Berry is much more than a B2B retailer for creators who make soap, skincare, and cosmetics. Since 1999, it's grown to be a community for those creators to source high-quality, ethically-made supplies and gain practical insights to hone their craft. The Challenge
Bramble Berry sought a true partner to do more than simply “elevate” their online presence and customer experience. They didn't need a vendor to check tasks off of a list. Bramble Berry needed the full support of a team who understood their journey and could help them bring their vision to life. Bramble Berry faced several challenges with their previous website: an outdated platform limiting growth, a confusing user experience, a lack of tailored experiences for both B2C and B2B customers, and a need for deeper engagement through content marketing. They also wanted to build a stronger community by sharing educational resources and inspiration to foster brand loyalty. Finally, they desired a long-term partner who would provide consistent support and truly understand their business needs.




Our Solution
Bramble Berry partnered with IM Digital to modernize their platform, improve user experience, and enhance functionality. IM Digital migrated their site from SiteGenesis to Salesforce Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) for enhanced flexibility and scalability. Together, we redesigned the user experience through collaborative workshops, prioritizing discoverability and creating a smoother customer journey. Then, we integrated various third-party platforms for improved order management, marketing, shipping, loyalty programs, and site optimization, creating a cohesive ecosystem for customer engagement. Through ongoing support and a strong partnership, we demonstrate our commitment to combining technical expertise with design thinking to ensure Bramble Berry's continued success.
The Results
Since the new Bramble Berry site launched in October 2024, we're seeing higher conversion rates and revenue. The new site is seeing growth among new customers, as well as customers engaging more, spending more time on-site, and purchasing more items per order.
