Thirdlove built a loyal following by creating intimate apparel for real bodies. As their digital footprint expanded alongside their business, their technology architecture grew increasingly fragmented. Thirdlove treated each marketing tool in isolation. This created disconnected data sets and prevented the internal team from understanding the complete customer journey. Our Solution
Our team started by auditing the entire Thirdlove technology ecosystem to identify redundancies and design a streamlined data architecture. We positioned Bloomreach as the central platform partner to ingest information from Shopify, Klaviyo, Snowflake, Gladly, and Yotpo. This integration eliminated information silos and gave the internal team a unified view of customer behavior.
With the infrastructure in place, we implemented Bloomreach Weblayers to personalize content and promotions directly on the storefront. Our team designed data pipelines to feed real-time browsing behavior into the personalization engine. We directed the Bloomreach AI infrastructure to orchestrate an omnichannel journey. This allowed the system to deliver relevant messaging to the right person at the exact right moment.
To ensure ongoing accountability, we built custom dashboards to track campaign performance and customer engagement. Our data engineers translated complex behavior patterns into clear visual reports. These dashboards empowered the Thirdlove team to make confident decisions based on reliable information.
